The quaint Venice Avenue is home to restaurants, boutiques, and several hometown ice cream shops.  The Farmer’s Market is a Saturday tradition on the Island, where residents will get their fresh fish and other treats for the week.  Don’t expect a late night in Venice, our community enjoys the sun, sand, bike trails and gulf waters for fun.  Owners enjoy our Friday night “Sunset Social” to relax and build friendships, 

Venice Sands is an 11-story building with 78 condo’s that was built to last in 1970.  Most units have 2 B/B, private lanai, and a dedicated parking spot. Our amenities include pool, beach access, shuffleboard court and clubroom. Venice Sands is a pet free and smoke free community.  Owners are allowed to rent their units for a minimum of three months at a time.  Many renters have called Venice Sands their winter home for decades, they are truly part of our community.  The HOA takes great pride in maintaining our building and planning for the future to ensure our families will enjoy the same paradise.
